Account & Data Deletion
At Noctra, you maintain full ownership of your personal information and dream entries. Follow the instructions below to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Instant In-App Deletion
You can instantly and permanently purge your account directly within the Noctra Android application:
- 1Open the Noctra app on your Android device.
- 2Navigate to the Profile / Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- 3Select Account Settings.
- 4Scroll down and tap Delete Account & Data.
- 5Confirm your choice when prompted. Your account, encrypted journals, and local cache will be permanently wiped immediately.
Manual Email Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can request manual deletion by sending an email:
To: noctraofficial25@gmail.com
Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Registered Email]
Message: Please state your registered account email and request permanent deletion of your account and associated records.
What Data is Deleted
When an account deletion is processed, the following information is permanently purged:
Data Retention Policy
Upon deletion, all active database records and cloud associations are removed immediately or within a maximum of 30 days for routine backup purge cycles. No personal data is retained, monetized, or sold following deletion.
